Catherine Donovan
Catherine Donovan is a Professor of Sociology at Durham University. She has researched the family and intimate lives of lesbians, gay men, bisexual women and men and, more recently, trans and non-binary people for nearly 30 years, focusing in recent years on domestic and sexual abuse.

Yeme Onoabhagbe
Yeme Onoabhagbe is a values-driven leader in education and charity. They have worked with charities like Stonewall and MindOut in volunteer management and board roles, as well as working to promote access and inclusivity in higher education.

Marian Duggan
Marian Duggan is a Reader in Criminology at the University of Kent. She has pioneered innovative research in critical areas of victimisation, including a socio-legal analysis of homophobia in Northern Ireland, the evolution and effectiveness of Clare’s Law, and experiences of gender-based and misogyny-related hate crimes in the UK.

Mridul Wadwa
Mridul Wadhwa is a leader and campaigner with a long history of activism on issues such as women's rights, trans rights, domestic and sexual violence prevention, and other equalities issues.

Michelle Martin
Michelle Martin is Project Manager at ASSIST NI, a domestic and sexual abuse advocacy service for Northern Ireland. She has previously held positions with West Yorkshire Police as a Detective Chief Inspector and as joint chair of the Adult and Child Safeguarding Boards, the Child Death Overview Panel, Serious Case Reviews, and Domestic Homicide Reviews.

Sam Webb
Sam Webb is a peer support worker with Umbrella Cymru, a Welsh LGBT+ charity with an MSc in Clinical Psychology. He works alongside the Welsh Gender Service to support adults and children with gender and social issues.

Sangeeta Chatterji
Sangeeta Chatterji is the Research Director at the Sexual Violence Research Initiative. Her research focuses on developing valid and reliable methods to measure different forms of violence against women, developing, adapting and testing interventions for violence prevention, and examining structural and economic inequalities that underlie violence against women and children in low resource settings.

Suzanne Smith
Suzanne Smith is the Head of Women’s Justice at the Centre for Justice Innovation, where she leads the organisation’s work supporting the implementation of effective, evidence-based, gender-responsive approaches for women and girls in contact with the justice system. Previously, Suzanne worked as a frontline practitioner, including in both the male and female prison estates and in youth justice.

Alexander Maine
Alexander Maine is a Senior Lecturer at City St George's, University of London and a specialist in family law. His research focuses on family law and gender, sexuality, and law, particularly on relationship recognition and the effects of law on the family life of LGBTQ individuals.

Loveday Hodson
Loveday Hodson is a Professor of International Human Rights Law at the University of Leicester. Her primary research interest focuses on the intersection of international human rights law, gender, and sexuality.

Edith England
Edith England is a Senior Lecturer in Social Policy and Practice at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Edith’s research focuses on housing inequalities, including recent studies on neurodivergent individuals' experiences of housing and homelessness experiences, a UK-wide survey on LGBTQ+ housing and homelessness, and a mixed-methods study on wellbeing and burnout among domestic abuse workers.

Susan Carroll
Susan Carroll is a Senior Clinical Psychologist in Paediatric, Adolescent, and Complex Gynaecology (PAG) at CHI Temple Street and The Rotunda Hospital in Dublin. Her research focuses on psychological adjustment to long-term health conditions, emphasising differences in sexual and reproductive development.

Katucha Bento
Katucha Bento is a decolonial educator, Black queer feminist, antiracist disruptor, and auntie. She currently serves as a Lecturer in Race and Decolonial Studies at the University of Edinburgh and as an Associate Editor of Identities: Global Studies in Culture and Power. Her research explores Black traditional territories in Brazil, the Black diaspora, Queering cosmo-epistemologies, Afrofuturism, and digital and creative methodologies.
